Service Mission

Knauff Insurance is a full-service commercial insurance brokerage offering every type of coverage necessary for commercial and industrial businesses. We first opened our doors as a property and casualty company but expanded our roster of service offerings to help our clients maintain a competitive edge.

In addition to insurance, we have divisions dedicated to bonding & surety, employee benefits and personal lines, along with a full-service claims department that leads the industry in the risk management process. Our full suite of financial services includes retirement planning, estate planning, life insurance and investments.

Everything we do is designed to simplify. We don't expect our clients to understand the finer points of the numerous products and carriers available in today's marketplace, or to stay current with the changing trends and laws of the industry. That's our job. And it's a job shared equally by every member of our team. "Not my account" and "not my client" are phrases that don't exist in our vocabulary.
