The award is presented each year by the Carolinas Associated General Contractors of America for outstanding service in the industry. Knauff Insurance has been a Carolinas AGC member since 1970. The Pinnacle judges said they were struck by the intensity of positive comments received from Knauff clients. Among these comments: "Knauff consistently delivers consistency and character." "Free educational seminars are the tip of the iceberg of service." "Proactive communications are Knauff's strong suit." Carolinas AGC presented the 2004 Pinnacle Award during the annual convention in Palm Beach, Florida, on January 29, 2005.
